Privacy Policy

We will not re-sell your personal information. We may share your personal information with government agencies for law enforcement, audit and mandatory reporting purposes.

Notifications

We use SMS (text) and Email notifications to inform you of important information about your course status and any urgent course requirements that need to be met. With SMS notifications message and data rates may apply. You can opt-out of SMS notificaitons by logging into you account and clicking the 'My Account' button towards the top of the page. From there, scroll down to Notification Preferences and click 'Turn SMS Notificaitons OFF'.

Course Requirements

If an exam or quiz is failed, you must repeat the training associated with the exam before you can re-attempt the exam or quiz. This may include the section/chapter that preceeded the exam. There is no charge to repeat any exam, quiz or associated content. Care has been taken to try to well prepare studnets for the FAA Knowldge Test. If however, you fail the FAA Knowledge Test you will need to review any deficient areas with your flight instructor or with our lead CFI. We charge $50/hour for one on one time with our CFI, via Skype, to provide remedial instruction if required to re-take the FAA Knowledge Exam.

Warranties

Though we place high importance on customer satisfaction, no warranties of any kind are expressed or implied for this service.

Refunds

If at any time before you complete this course and within 90 days of registering, you are not completely satisfied, we will refund a pro rata amount of your course fee based on the percentage of Chapters you have completed. For example, if you start the course and do not complete Chapter 1, you would be entitled to a full refund. If you have finished only the first 2 of 18 chapters, you would be entitled to an 89% refund.

Data Loss

Student data loss is rare, but can happen. We are not liable for any data lost, whether we are at fault or not. Data loss includes, but is not limited to, student progress, completed sections, test scores, student status, student information, etc.

Indemnification

User agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Real Course, PRO EDU, LLC, and their affiliates, officers, employees, and representatives from and against any losses, costs, damages, and expenses resulting from the use of this course, website and Learning Management System.

Course Duration

You will have access to our online Private Pilot Ground School Course for a period of 1 year (365 days) from the date you register for the course.
